Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of myprayernote.com (the “Site”) and the services offered on it (the “Services”). The Site is operated by My Note WW LLC, 1051 NE 180th Terrace, North Miami Beach, FL 33162, USA (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Services

We offer a spiritual service: we print the prayer note you submit and place it at the Western Wall in Jerusalem, together with related services such as photo or video confirmation, candle lighting, personalized videos and live video calls, as described on each product page. Our Services are spiritual and symbolic in nature. We do not and cannot promise, guarantee or represent any spiritual, religious, medical, financial, personal or other outcome. Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Your Prayer Content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others. We may decline, edit for printing purposes (for example, length or legibility) or refuse to place any note at our discretion. If we refuse a note for these reasons, we will refund the order.

4. Delivery Timing and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Any timeframe stated on the Site is an estimate, not a guarantee. Placement depends on conditions in Jerusalem and at the Western Wall that are outside our control, including Shabbat and Jewish holidays, security closures, restrictions imposed by the site administration or authorities, weather, public health measures, war or emergencies, crowding, travel disruptions, and technical or postal issues. Placement may be delayed or rescheduled in such cases, and we will not be liable for any such delay.

Photo or video confirmation is provided where permitted. On Shabbat, holidays or when photography is restricted, confirmation may be delayed or provided in a different form.

5. Express Service

When you purchase an Express service, we prioritize your order and aim to place your note within one (1) business day after your order is received, subject to Section 4. If we fail to do so for reasons within our reasonable control, we will refund the Express fee upon request. This refund is your sole remedy for an Express delay.

6. Orders, Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe and PayPal); we do not store your full card details. We may cancel and refund any order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or inability to perform the Service.

7. Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring service, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect before the next billing date. Charges already processed are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Website Content

Stories, testimonials, images and videos on the Site are provided for inspiration.

Stories and testimonials. The video testimonials on the Site were sent to us by real people who chose to share their personal experience. The written stories on the Site are not reviews of our service. They were collected from books, traditions and accounts from around the world, in a variety of languages, and some have been translated, shortened or edited. Names may be abbreviated, and photos have been replaced with illustrations. Where content is a dramatization or uses actors, it is labeled as such.

Every experience is personal. Individual experiences vary and do not indicate or guarantee any result.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any emotional distress, loss of profits or loss of data, arising from or related to the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from the content you submit or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

The Western Wall gave my brother his life back. My brother was a combat soldier in the US Armed Forces, until he got severely injured during a military operation. We didn’t know whether he would be able to lead a normal life, let alone return to his lifestyle. I was extremely anxious for my brother's future. I heard from a friend about the salvation that can be found at the Western Wall in Jerusalem, a place where God listens to your prayers. He also told me about the tradition of writing down prayers and placing them between the Wall's stones. I couldn’t travel anywhere at the time because my brother needed me, and so I sent my prayer through this website. A month and a half later, my brother returned to his military service, stronger than ever. This absolutely changed his life! I urge you to do the same if you are in need of salvation.
