Your Prayer Note

Your prayer text is visible only to the staff who print and place it. We do not publish it or share it for marketing. Once placed, notes at the Western Wall are handled according to the practices of the site administration. We delete the prayer text from our systems 90 days after placement, except where we must keep it to resolve a dispute.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site and Services, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, spam protection, analytics and translation, and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the Site to work (such as the shopping cart and checkout), and cookies for analytics, security and spam protection (including Google reCAPTCHA). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data Retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, generally up to seven (7) years. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and payment processing by PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International Users

We operate from the United States, and your note is placed in Israel. By using the Services, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States and, as needed to perform the Service, in Israel.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date.

The Western Wall gave my brother his life back. My brother was a combat soldier in the US Armed Forces, until he got severely injured during a military operation. We didn’t know whether he would be able to lead a normal life, let alone return to his lifestyle. I was extremely anxious for my brother's future. I heard from a friend about the salvation that can be found at the Western Wall in Jerusalem, a place where God listens to your prayers. He also told me about the tradition of writing down prayers and placing them between the Wall's stones. I couldn’t travel anywhere at the time because my brother needed me, and so I sent my prayer through this website. A month and a half later, my brother returned to his military service, stronger than ever. This absolutely changed his life! I urge you to do the same if you are in need of salvation.
